The operational procedures details and measures to ensure safety at the airport

 

4.1 The organization of air traffic at the airport 

 

Each pilot in command before starting your business must satisfy the condition, capability and conditions of use VPD. A commander must follow the instructions, or local restrictions issued by the airport operator, or person authorized by him.

 

 

4.1.1   Ground movementd of aircraft

 

Aircraft ground movements are performed only on paved surfaces and labeled. A commander is obliged to observe the following rules of priority:

1.             Emergency mobile devices to support the aircraft in distress must take precedence over all other operations on the movement area.

2.             Mobile agents on operational areas must follow these rules:

a) vehicles and people have to give priority to emergency vehicles

b) persons, vehicles and vehicles towing aircraft shall give way to aircraft landing, taking off or taxiing,

c) persons and vehicles must give way to taxiing aircraft ready, Scrolling, extrusion or towed by airplanes,

c) vehicles and people have to give priority to vehicle towing aircraft.

3. When the plane lands or takes off, not planes and other vehicles to wait closer to the runway than a   crossing taxiway runway - holding positions before the runway.

 

4.1.2   Operation of the airport circuits  

 

At the airport Jasna airport operation is carried out so that all the curves in the southern sector revolve towards the Low Tatras. Therefore, the runway 08 take all the right areas and all areas of runway 26 left.

If circumstances do not prevent a safety is not compromised air traffic, all circuits must be carried out so as to avoid the pilot communities and the security areas, especially on days of rest and peace, so that the population of the surrounding villages Namen bothered by noise from air traffic.
